English training
Let’s be honest. Nobody will ever teach you a language.
You have to learn it yourself.
But that doesn’t mean you have to learn it by yourself… on your own.
By the very nature of language, you need other people to be involved to make it happen.
And it’s good to have a helping hand along the way.
You’ll find people who are on similar language learning journeys and who’ve traced their own paths through the jungle of words and expressions, sounds and symbols, to make a certain sense of it all.
We each build our own set of images and impressions, ideas and shortcuts of how the language is and how we use it.
This corresponds to our own, personal ‘grammar’ of the language.
A little over thirty years ago I was asked if I would like to help people who wanted to learn English…
…or to improve the way they use English.
For their job, or to be better equipped to get a job.
But above all, for their own personal needs and fulfilment.
Helping people along their personal language learning journeys
has been my job now for the past thirty years or so.
It’s been a fantastic learning journey for me too.
If you’d like to find out how I could help you along your own language journey,
or if you are a language school and would like me to help your learners,
then just get in touch…
